Good questions
How do I pick a feel?
Every toy shows how it feels: the texture (crunchy, jelly, doughy, slow-rise, stretchy, sandy, sticky), how firm it is on a 1–3 squish scale, and whether it bounces back, rises slowly or stays squished. Can't decide? Mix textures in one box. That's what the price drop is for.
How does the price drop work?
Every toy in your box gets cheaper as you add more: $14.95 for one, $12.95 each for two, $11.95 for three, and down to $8.29 each from twelve. Premium characters are $4 extra. The discount applies automatically at checkout.
When will my box arrive?
Most boxes arrive in 8–15 business days with tracking: 1–3 days to pack, then 7–12 days on the way. Shipping is $6.95, or free when your box has 3 or more toys.
Can I heat or freeze a squishy?
No. Never microwave, heat or freeze a squishy. Gel and sugar-filled toys can leak or burn when heated.
Are they OK for young kids?
Our squishies are for ages 8 and up. Some have small parts or gel inside, so keep them away from younger children and pets.
Why do colours look a little different?
Every squishy is made in small batches, so colour and size can vary a little from the photos.
